Museum makes ‘Connections’
Creative Connections is a program for individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer’s or related dementia and their care partners. The spring schedule is from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. March 13 and 27, April 10 and 24 and May 8 and 22 at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Studio E.
Museum educators facilitate interactive discussions of artworks in the galleries, followed by hands-on art activities in the studio. No prior experience is required, and refreshments and art materials are provided for this free program.
Creative Connections is presented in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association and the Schmieding Center for Health and Education.
